1. Processing Time

  • Orders are processed within 2-3 working days after confirmation.
  • Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next working day.

2. Delivery Time

Delivery time depends on your location:

  • Within Major Cities (Pakistan): 3–5 working days
  • Other Areas / Remote Locations: 5–8 working days

Delays may occur due to courier load, weather, or public holidays.


3. Shipping Charges

  • Standard shipping charges apply based on location and courier service.
  • Shipping charges (if any) will be shown at checkout.
  • Free delivery may be offered on specific promotions.

4. Cash on Delivery (COD)

  • COD is available across Pakistan (selected areas may vary).
  • Please ensure your contact number is active for courier verification.
  • For repeated order refusals, COD service may be restricted.

5. Order Tracking

Once your order is shipped, you may receive:

  • SMS/Email with tracking details
  • Courier company name
  • Tracking number (if provided by courier)

You can track your order via the courier’s website or helpline.


6. Incorrect Address or Contact Details

ProcureX is not responsible for delays or failed deliveries due to:

  • Wrong address information
  • Incorrect phone number
  • Customer not available at the time of delivery

Re-delivery charges may apply in such cases.


7. Delivery Delays

We try our best to deliver your order on time, but delays may occur due to:

  • Weather conditions
  • Courier backlog
  • Public holidays
  • Remote area deliveries

We appreciate your patience.


8. Damaged or Lost Parcels

If your parcel is:

  • Damaged on arrival, OR
  • Lost in transit

Please contact us immediately with:

  • Order number
  • Photos (if damaged)

We will coordinate with the courier and resolve the issue.
